QUALITY CONTROL
J.D. Fields maintains quality services independent of manufactures that ensure adherence to both the Customer’s specific requirements and industry best practices. Our pipe yard and in house inspection support procedures and reporting. Mill Test Reports provided for all materials furnished.
PIPE + COATING SERVICES
J.D. Fields maintains approximately 30,000 tons of coated pipe 2” up to 48” O.D. across North America. Stocking locations include 10 pipe yards and 6 coating facilities from California to Pennsylvania.
BONDED WAREHOUSE / FREE TRADE ZONE
20-acre secured area in which dutiable goods may be stored, held, or undergo 3rd party operations without payment of duty. J.D Fields owns and maintains both the free trade zone and our bonded warehouse locations designed for restricted steel products.
SHIPPING + STRINGING
With our strategic yard locations and logistic capabilities, we can deliver stringing trucks along the ROW anywhere in the USA.
APPLICATIONS
OFFSHORE DRILLING
For offshore drilling and production, we offer 20in – 48” with up to 2” thick walls in E.R.W., D.S.A.W., or seamless manufacture.
STRUCTUAL APPLICATIONS
For structural applications such as tubular piling, road casing, and signposts, we have pipe certified to ASTM A252-Gr2 and Gr3. Our tubular steel goods are of high quality and are available for quick shipment.
